Independent service

SRM Nexus is an independent student-built service, not an official SRMIST portal. By using Nexus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and disconnect your accounts.

Your account and permitted use

You may sign in with a Google account to use Nexus planning tools. SRM students can optionally connect an Academia account to load academic records. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in details private. Do not use Nexus to access another person's records without permission, bypass access controls, disrupt university systems or misrepresent academic information.

Academic information and estimates

Nexus displays information from connected portals and can retain saved records between refreshes. Availability, freshness and accuracy depend on those portals and successful synchronization. Verify consequential decisions with the official university report or your faculty.

Calculators and attendance estimates are planning aids. They do not guarantee eligibility, results or permission to miss classes. Sample dashboard data is illustrative. A saved personal attendance plan is user-entered and does not change official records.

Optional features and external resources

Review the details before submitting a booking, sharing information or using an external resource. Third-party services have their own terms and availability. Only upload or share materials that you have permission to distribute.

Availability and changes

Nexus is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free records. Features and these terms can change as the project develops. Check the updated date when reviewing these terms.
